Come and join us today at the Herne Centre to commemorate the 80th Anniversary of D Day.
 
We have a variety of exhibits, such as art, memorabilia, medals, information on the D Day landings, the broadcast of events in France, sewing demonstrations etc.
 
We are also offering free refreshments. Bacon and cheese rolls are available for a small charge.
 
We have the Herne Junior School choir to sing for us from 1.30pm.
 
We are here from 10.30am – 5pm. Come and commemorate with us.
