The Parish Council’s regional standard BMX Track is situated at the Broomfield Community Park in Ford Road. It was opened in 2008 and is used as a competition venue. The Parish Council manages the site with the help of Broomfield Bikers Cycling Club.
The reintroduction of Beginner coaching sessions for 3-12 yrs starts on the 8th May 2021. These sessions will run from 9:30-10:15 on a Saturday Morning, and will develop core cycling skills as riders progress in ability and confidence on the Track.
Over the summer months it is hoped to introduce specific sessions for riders 13-17 yrs, adults, and women.
The club are looking forward to welcoming new riders, and seeing it develop.

Advice for use
Riders are advised not to ride alone and to wear protective gear, such as helmet, knee and elbow pads, when using the track.
