- Abandoned vehicle – Report an abandoned and untaxed vehicle
- Bin collection dates – Find out your bin collection dates
- Car Park Account – Register for automatic payment for ANPR car parks in Herne Bay, Whitstable and Canterbury
- Dog Poo Bin – Report a full or damaged dog waste bin
- Dead animal – Report a dead animal
- Double yellow lines – To request a change to parking restrictions such as double yellow lines
- Flytipping – Report dumped rubbish
- Graffiti – Report graffiti for removal (including private dwellings)
- Illegal Parking – Report illegal parking in residents parking areas, double parking, parking on yellow lines
- Litter Bin – Report a full or damaged litter bin
- Litter Problem – Report litter build up (including fallen leaves)
- Missed Bin – Report a missed bin collection
- Noise or Smell Problem – Report a noise nuisance or smell nuisance including barking dogs, music, bonfires
- Planning issue – Report a planning issue such as new buildings without planning permission, changes of use, works being undertaken on listed building without permission.
Kent County Council
- Hedges – Report obstruction to road / footpath
- Highways issues – Report various highways issues such as verges overgrown, road maintenance, signs not collected, lights not working
- Pot holes – Report a pot hole on public highway
- Public Right of Way – Report a broken stile, missing signposts, overgrown bushes, dangerous footpath
- Street lighting not working – Report a street light out or on at wrong times of day
