It will be necessary to close Thanet Way, Herne and Broomfield from 17th July 2026 for up to 6 days.
The road will be closed at Herne Bay, off slip road, Londonbound.
The alternative route is via Margate Road, Mickleburgh Hill, B2205 Canterbury Road.
It is planned that the road will be closed between 20.00hrs and 05.00hrs each day.
This is to enable carriageway resurfacing to be carried out by Kent County Council.
