We have had reports of residents in Herne receiving door knocking about roof cleaning services.
These sales people are out of area and have very aggressive sale pitches where they are trying to force people into accepting their services.
No reputable company will door knock to offer their services, they work on word of mouth and advertising. Kent trading standards has a list of checked traders on their website. Please do not answer the door and report to trading standards and look out for your neighbours.
