Temporary Road Closure – Shalloak Road, Broad Oak – 5th September 2022 (Canterbury District)
It will be necessary to close part of Shalloak Road, Broad Oak, from 23:00 hours on 5th September 2022 with estimated completion by 06:00 hours on 6th September 2022.
Shalloak Road, Broad Oak, will be closed in the general vicinity of the level crossing, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route is Vauxhall Road, A28 Sturry Road, A28 Mill Road, A291 Sturry Hill, A291 Herne Bay Road, Sweechgate and vice versa.
The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while level crossing maintenance and other associated works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd.
