We are hosting a street party style celebration of 80 years since VE Day on Thursday 8th May.
For D Day commemoration last year, so many people were generous loaning us items for display, we would love for this to happen again. Any artifacts, local stories or pictures would be amazing.
This event will be FREE, and we will be showing the live broadcast as well as old films from VE Day. We will also be offering free drinks and nibbles on long tables. 10am – 4pm at the Herne Centre.
