We are awaiting confirmation from KCC who are investigating about the signage showing a road closure on the A291 at the top of Calcott Hill for next week.
They are unaware of any work and a permit has NOT been granted so we believe this is an error – as soon as we have confirmation we will re post. A highways inspector is going to investigate today.
We are aware that there will be traffic lights at the top of Sturry Hill on 4th September for one day only – but Shalloak Road should be open from 3rd September.
