It will be necessary to close Mickleburgh Hill, Herne Bay from 18th September 2024 for up to 8 days.
The road will be closed at Blacksole Bridge.
The alternative route is via:
(Eastbound) Mickleburgh Hill, B2205 Canterbury Road, A299 Thanet Way, Margate Road.
(Westbound) Margate Road Interchange, Margate Road, A299 Thanet Way, A291 Canterbury Road, B2205 Canterbury Road, Mickleburgh Hill.
This is to enable emergency gas escape works to be carried out by SGN.
