Emergency Road Closure – Hicks Forstal Road, Hoath – 28th September 2023 (Canterbury)
It will be necessary to close Hicks Forstal Road, Hoath from 28th September 2023 for up to 2 days.
The road will be closed from the junction with Canterbury Road towards the houses for approximately 1.5 miles.
The alternative route is via A291 Calcott Hill, Herne Bay Road, Sturry Hill, A28 Island Road, Babs Oak Hill and Hoath Road.
It is planned that the road will be closed between 09:00 hrs and 16:30 hrs each day.
This is to enable carriageway patching to be carried out by Kent County Council.
