Kent County Council – Urgent Road Closure – Margate Road, Herne – 13th May 2026
It will be necessary to close Margate Road, Herne from 13th May 2026 for up to 1 day.
The road will be closed at Margate Road from the junction of Ford Road to Thanet Way.
The alternative route is via local roads as indicated by signage on site.
It is planned that the road will be closed between 9.30 hrs and 15.30 hrs each day.
This is to enable carriageway repairs to be carried out by Kent County Council.
