It will be necessary to close Thornden Wood Road, Herne Bay from 11th August 2025 for up to 5 days.
The road will be closed between Molehill Road and Owls Hatch Road.
The alternative route is via Thornden Wood Road, Greenhill Road, A2990 Thanet Way, Chestfield Road, Radfall Hill, Radfall Road, Hackington Road, Thornden Wood Road and vice versa.
This is to enable carriageway resurfacing to be carried out by Kent County Council.
