Lower Herne Road is subject to a 7.5T weight limit, but unfortunately we are still getting lorries using the road and ignoring the signage.
Lower Herne Road is not wide enough, nor does it have any footpaths to keep pedestrians safe.
We are setting up a Lorry Watch Scheme with the support of local residents and KCC to stop the lorries. We already have had a number of residents come forward to help.
