I am writing to let you know of some upcoming overnight closures needed to carry out some line, signage, and survey work, stud installation, and maintenance activities, To carry out this work safely, the M20 will be closed overnight in both directions between junctions 9 and 8 from:
- 8:00pm Saturday 03 February until 6:00am Sunday 04 February 2024
- 8:00pm Sunday 04 February until 6:00am Monday 05 February 2024
London-bound diversion route: A clearly signed diversion route will be in place taking traffic along the coastbound M20, the coastbound A20 towards Dover, then along the A2, London-bound M2 and crossing back to the M20 at J7 via the A249.
