Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd – Temporary Road Closure – Sweechbridge Road, Herne Bay
12th November 2023 (Canterbury District)
Due to works planned to be undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd, it will be necessary to close part of Sweechbridge Road, Herne Bay from 12th November 2023, for up to one day, between the hours of 06.00 and 18.00.
The road will be closed in the vicinity of the railway bridge, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route is via Sweechbridge Road, Heart In Hand Road, Margate Road, Margate Road Interchange, Margate Road, Blacksole Bridge, Reculver Road, Sweechbridge Road and vice versa.Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.
The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd.
