Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd – Temporary Road Closure – Sweechbridge Road, Herne Bay
10th October 2023 (Canterbury District)
Due to works planned to be undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd, it will be necessary to close part of Sweechbridge Road, Herne Bay from 10th October 2023, for up to one day, between the hours of 09.00 and 15.00.
Sweechbridge Road, Herne Bay will be closed from May Street, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route is Sweechbridge Road, Heart In Hand Road, Margate Road, Margate Road Interchange, Margate Road, Mickleburgh Hill, Blacksole Bridge, Mickleburgh Hill, Reculver Road and vice versa.
Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.
The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while vegetation works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd.
