Urgent Road Closure – Lower Herne Road, Herne – 27th February 2024 (Canterbury)
It will be necessary to close Lower Herne Road, Herne from 27th February 2024 for up to 1 day.
The road will be closed at three separate locations: Outside number 6, outside Applegarth and 300 yards from junction with Bullockstone Road.
The alternative route is via:
Diversion 1 – Canterbury Road and Lower Herne Road.
Diversion 2 – Canterbury Road, Bullockstone Road and Lower Herne Road.
It is planned that the road will be closed between 08:00 hrs and 12:00 hrs.
This is to enable carriageway repairs to be carried out by Kent County Council.
Enclosed is a copy of the Traffic Notice in confirmation of this.
