Urgent Road Closure – Margate Road, Herne – 19th March 2025
It will be necessary to close Margate Road, Herne from 19th March 2025 for up to 1 day.
The road will be closed between the junctions of The Meadows and Broomfield Road.
The alternative route is via Margate Road, Broomfield Road, Gorse Lane, Hunters Forstal Road and vice versa.
It is planned that the road will be closed between 07:30 hrs and 16:30 hrs.
This is to enable carriageway repairs to be carried out by Kent County Council.
