Temporary Road Closure – Margate Road, Herne Bay
17th July 2023 (Canterbury District)
It will be necessary to close part of Margate Road, Herne Bay from 17th July 2023, for up to one day, between the hours of 08.00 and 16.00.
Margate Road, Herne Bay will be closed southbound from the A299 Thanet Way off-slip, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
There will also be a lane closure on A299 Thanet Way off-slip for the safety of the public and workforce.
The alternative route is A299 Thanet Way, Mill Lane, Hunters Forstal Road and Margate Road.
The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while maintenance works are undertaken by O2 (UK) Limited.
