It will be necessary to close A299 Thanet Way, Whitstable from 10th December 2024 for up to 4 nights.
The road will be closed between Dargate Services at Whitstable On-slip.
The alternative route is via A2 Brenley Corner, A2 Boughton Bypass, A2050 Harbledown Bypass, London Road, A290 Whitstable Road, St Thomas Hill, Whitstable Road, Tile Kiln Hill, Blean Common, Honey Hill, Pean Hill, Clapham Hill, A2990 Thanet Way, A299 Thanet Way.
It is planned that the road will be closed between 20:00 hrs and 05:00 hrs each night.
This is to enable carriageway resurfacing to be carried out by Kent County Council.
