It will be necessary to close Eddington Lane, Herne Bay from 4th March 2024 for up to 1 day.
The entire length of Eddington Lane will be closed in intervals.
The alternative route is via Cobblers Bridge Road, Sea Street, Greenhill Bridge Road, A2990 Thanet Way, Eddington Way and vice versa.
The environmental width restriction on Eddington Lane & Cobblers Bridge Road is to be suspended.
It is planned that the road will be closed between 08:00 hrs and 15:00 hrs.
This is to enable carriageway patching to be carried out by Kent County Council.
