Urgent Road Closure – Thornden Wood Road, Herne Bay

7th March 2023 (Canterbury)

It will be necessary to close Thornden Wood Road, Herne Bay from 7th March 2023 for up to 1 day.

The road will be closed between the junctions of Hackington Road and Frogs Island Farm.

The alternative route is via Thornden Wood Road, Greenhill Road, Thanet Way, Chestfield Road, Radfall Hill, Radfall Road, Hackington Road and vice versa.

This is to enable carriageway repairs to be carried out by Kent County Council.
