As key local representatives we wanted to let you know first that we’re holding a drop-in event at Whitstable Umbrella Community Support Centre on Friday, 23 October, from 2.00pm to 6.30pm.
This will give you, and local residents from across Whitstable and Herne Bay the chance to meet our teams from across our business, including those from water supply, customer services, investment, leakage and Broad Oak Water.
We know the service we’ve been providing residents in Whitstable, Herne Bay, and surrounding villages needs to improve, so we’ll also be talking about how we’re working to make things right through careful planning and smart investments to prevent issues before they happen.
We’ll be sending out invitations to local residents later on today, but please do feel free to advertise this across your social media if you would like to as this can be a really useful way for residents to find out about events if they aren’t registered on our mailing list.
