Urgent Road Closure – Margate Road Interchange, Herne Bay – 21st July 2022 (Canterbury)
It will be necessary to close Margate Road Interchange, Herne Bay from 21st July 2022 for up to 1 night.
The road will be closed between the two roundabouts on the Thanet Way bridge.
The alternative route is via Margate Road, Mickleburgh Hill, A291 Canterbury Road, Mill View Road, Mill Lane, Hunters Forstal Road, Margate Road and vice versa.
It is planned that the road will be closed between 21:00 hrs and 07:00 hrs.
This is to enable Kent County Council to do lining work on the road.
