Heart In Hand Road
The road will be closed from 7th April 2026, with estimated completion by 11th April 2026, at the slip road south of A299 Thanet Way, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for through traffic is via:
Diversion 1 – A299 Thanet Way, A291 Canterbury Road, A299 Thanet Way, Sweechbridge Road.
Diversion 2 – Heart in Hand Road, Sweechbridge Road, A299 Thanet Way (St Nicholas at Wade), A299 Thanet Way.
These works are in conjunction with a lane closure on the Thanet Way Off Slip.
