Temporary Road Closure – A291 Herne Street, Herne Bay- 18th July 2023 (Canterbury District)
It will be necessary to close part of A291 Herne Street, Herne Bay from 18th July 2023, with estimated completion by 21st July 2023, between the hours. of 18.00 and 06.00.
A291 Herne Street, Herne Bay will be closed in the vicinity of number 2 , to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route is A291 Herne Street, Canterbury Road, Calcott Hill, Herne Bay Road, Sturry Hill, A28 Island Road, Staines Hill, Island Road, St Nicholas Roundabout, A299 Thanet Way, A291 Canterbury Road and vice versa.
The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while utility works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
