Please note these works have now been rescheduled to take place from 19.00 hours on 19th December 2023, with estimated completion by 06.00 hours on 20th December 2023.
Temporary Road Closure – B2205 Canterbury Road, Herne Bay – 17th August 2023 (Canterbury District)
It will be necessary to close part of B2205 Canterbury Road, Herne Bay from 19.00 hours on 17th August 2023, with estimated completion by 06.00 hours on 18th August 2023.
B2205 Canterbury Road, Herne Bay will be closed in the vicinity of number 104, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via B2205 Canterbury Road, High Street, Avenue Road, Sea Street, A2990 Thanet Way, B2205 Canterbury Road and vice versa.
The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while reinstatement works are undertaken by Southern Water.
