Temporary Road Closure – Lower Herne Road, Herne – 3rd January 2023 (Canterbury District)
It will be necessary to close part of Lower Herne Road, Herne from 3rd January 2023, with estimated completion by 17th February 2023
Lower Herne Road, Herne will be closed between the junction with Bullockstone Road and Canterbury Road, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via A291 Canterbury Road, A299 Thanet Way, A291 Canterbury Road Roundabout, A2990 Thanet Way, Greenhill Road, Bullockstone Road and vice versa.
The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while connection works are undertaken by Harlaxton Energy Networks Limited.
