Urgent Road Closure – Thornden Wood Road, Chestfield

24th May 2023 (Canterbury)

It will be necessary to close Thornden Wood Road, Chestfield from 24th May 2023 for up to 1 day.

The road will be closed after the entrance for Thornden Wood Road car park to Warren Farm.

The alternative route is via Molehill Road, Chestfield Road, Radfall Hill, Radfall Road, Hackington Road and vice versa.

It is planned that the road will be closed between 09:00 hrs and 16:00 hrs.

This is to enable urgent carriageway repairs to be carried out by Kent County Council.
